  1. Hi I appreciate your site and your love of the Catskills! You do a great job of expressing the magic of the Catskills and what they have to offer! But do you really have to post about this little trail on Mount Guardian on the internet? This is a kind of a local’s walk I believe this land is owned by the Woodstock Guild!. It is also a neighborhood! It is not state land, The Catskill’s are really busy right now. Overlook is packed almost everyday. It is becoming more and more difficult for local people to find a quiet walk that is not overrun with visitor’s All I am asking is that you would consider some discretion when posting about some of the lesser known local walks? I know this walk is already written about in a book by a local writer. Not every last walk needs to be posted on the internet Thank You Jim Madden

    1. Hi Jim, thanks for your feedback. I really appreciate people’s considered and considerate thoughts. Absolutely thinking about this and make a decision soon.
